Marsteller man faces new child porn charges after 2011 conviction

Source: The Tribune-Democrat, Johnstown, Pa.迷你倉價錢Aug. 20--NORTHERN CAMBRIA -- A man who was serving probation for possessing child pornography was jailed after authorities said they found more than 100 images of kiddie porn on electronic devices inside his home.The Pennsylvania Attorney General's office on Friday charged Joseph Miller, 49, of Marsteller, with 30 counts of possessing child pornography, three counts of distribution of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.In a criminal complaint, agents for the AG were investigating online child porn in May when they located a file-sharing network distributing images of children.Authorities obtained a court order directing Verizon Online LLC to release the name of the subscriber of the identified IP address.Agents obtain迷你倉庫d a search warrant for a home in the 200 block of Maple Avenue and seized a laptop computer, a tablet, a cellphone and other devices.They found "more than 200 video titles with file names consistent with child pornography" and "over one hundred images of suspected child pornography," the complaint said.Miller was sentenced in Indiana County Court in December 2011 to serve four years probation after pleading guilty to possessing child pornography.Miller is on the state Megan's law list of offenders.He was arraigned by on-call District Judge Michael Musulin of Johnstown and was sent to the Cambria County Prison on $50,000 bond.Copyright: ___ (c)2013 The Tribune-Democrat (Johnstown, Pa.)
